We went to a little zoo, which was nice except that about half the animals weren't there anymore. But it did have a fun train which Ender loved watching.
Riding the zoo train with daddy!
Choo! Choo! Choo!
Ender wanted to ride the zebra. And yes this giraffe is what he meant by "zebra".
We convinced him to ride the cougar, not for any academic affiliation brainwashing or anything crazy like that, but because unlike the zebra this cougar moved up and down during the ride.
Hi Mommy!

Ender loves the slide more than just about anything on the playground.
One of the advantages of the playground in our neighborhood is that it's constantly overrun by unsupervised children with practically no level of control, and if your children can survive it they'll basically be ready for the zombie apocalypse when it comes. Here's an example of Ender in playground combat mode.
The image on the left is Buzz Lightyear pushing the button on his chest that deploys his wings. The image on the right is Buzz Lightyear flying to the rescue.a) Look dad, I'm flying!
b) Flying Tasmanian devil
c) "Al Infinito y Mas Alla!"
d) "I'm Buzz Lightyear to the rescue!"
After a long day at the park, it's time for a relaxing bubble bath.
Uh-oh... somebody learned how to add extra bubbles to his bath!
It's time for the adventuresome young Space Ranger to get some sleep in his new favorite jammies.
Night night with his old pal Woody.
We found a free community pool in our area. The water is a little murky, but we're pretty sure it's just paint.
Ender loved playing with the water canon.
We've decided that the only word that can accurately sum this picture up is "Yeeeha!!!"
Ender's Abulea came to visit, and took him to the Bronx Zoo!
Lookin' smug next to the fishies.
